This is a series of biro illustrations for the satirical novel Candide by Voltaire. Using the oh-so-cheesy language of flowers, my intention was to illustrate the mockery Voltaire makes of the age of enlightenment.
I identified the main events and characters of each chapter and turned them into absurd bouquets of symbols and objects. I printed and bound an A3 book to display the final work.
